Refund
Consumer Guarantee
Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement if the goods you purchased:
- Are faulty or defective.
- Do not match the description or sample shown.
- Are unfit for their intended purpose.
This applies regardless of whether the item was on sale or purchased at full price.
Change of Mind
We offer a refund or exchange for change of mind. You must request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Postage on change of mind items will not we refunded.
Return Process
Please contact us at lauren@bornyoung.com.au with your order details.
If the product does not meet consumer guarantees, we will cover shipping costs. However, if the return is due to change of mind, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days once the returned item has been received. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Exclusions
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on the following:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.
